When I was a kid, I roamed around the country side,
With my grandparents it was… those pilgrim strides..
Then came my teens, I went here and there,
Did a lot of stupid things, not a care.
All the travel, not much actually, just a few,
Gave me an idea that not far from where you are is something new.
I started to work, got to travel more,
Took all the time off to wander and explore.
Here I am, bags packed and ready to go,
‘Anywhere but here’ has become my motto.
